Hazel Woody, LCSW

Director / Clinician

Hi, my name is Hazel. I recently fulfilled my dream of opening a private practice. I’m so excited to be here, and I hope you are too. I work with children, teens, and adults facing challenges related to childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and parenting stress. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and grace—because I believe healing happens when we feel safe, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help you move from surviving to thriving, at your own pace and with the support you deserve.

I've been working in the mental health field for several years, with a foundation in social work and a deep passion for trauma-informed care. My background includes roles in child safety services, crisis intervention alongside first responders, and inpatient psychiatric care for adolescents.

I offer a space where clients can process painful experiences, build coping tools, and reconnect with their sense of self. I specialize in helping clients who may feel stuck in old patterns, overwhelmed by emotions, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we work toward healing past wounds, strengthening self-worth, and creating meaningful change.
